Day 34

Happy Harry Potter Thursday!

Today the last Harry Potter comes out....We didn't go tonight.  Josh isn't really a fan of Harry's.  He's never even read the books.  Crazy right?  Don't you worry blog readers, we are working on this. We will see the movie soon and I think Josh is pretty close to reading the books. 

Today Josh was hard at work.  He was taking inventory of the instruments.

Jordan:  I am sure the inventory was thrilling 

Josh: This is how I spent a good amount of the day.

I got to have a lovely lunch with my mom today! Then I went to work for a little while.  I had the opportunity to join Ali at kid's club.  It was a lovely afternoon of soccer, duck-duck goose, poor kitty, and a bible lesson done by Ali.

Jordan: I am in love with that tree. I really enjoy going to kid's club. Ali is doing a great job and the kids are learning a lot about who Jesus is. 

Josh: Keep up the good work Ali.

After work we met up with our dear friends Sandra and Ashish.

Jordan: It was so good to see them tonight!  

Josh: Glad we were able to meet up tonight.

We ate at the Tin Drum where Josh and Ashish found a fun place to take pictures.

Jordan:  nice one .... very ... umm.... artsy?

Josh: I was the inspiration for this art. The initials B.R. were on the picture. Brad did you decorate Tin Drum?

Then We went to the movies.  Sandra and I went to Bridesmaids and the boys went to Transformers. 

The movie theater was an exciting place tonight. We ran in to all kinds of people dressed up for Harry Potter and even found a news van there to capture all of the craziness.

Jordan:  These folks were dressed like Harry, it looked tonight that all characters were well represented. 

Josh: Jordan never told me we could dress up and go to the midnight showing. That sounds like an opportunity I wouldn't have missed. This thing was an event. I love events, even if I don't fully understand them.

Jordan:   I wonder if we will be on the news or if they will just stick to those dressed up for Harry Potter"

Josh: There was a newsman dressed up practicing his lines when we walked by these trucks earlier.
