Day 65

"The one with the Friends of Christ Singing"

Jordan:  We had a great service this morning.  It was wonderful morning of worship with both sessions and the staff. The testimony from Capt Miller and the sermon from Major Hofer challenged me to be the new creation in Christ that He has called me to be. 

Josh: The sound check of the first number of the program, "Friends of Christ", sung by the Friends of Christ. Today's service was very meaningful as we start off the year right focused on our resurrected Lord.

"The one with a tonsil-free Jaime"

Jordan:  Jaime got her tonsils taken out a couple of days ago...poor girl.  She's doing  great and came back to the EBC today.  Unfortunately she can't sleep in her room because of some air conditioning issues but we are very excited to have her here with us!  She's our first over night guest! Pray that God heals her quickly so she can feel better and get back to class!

Josh: I don't know anyone who loves snuggies as much as Jaime. Get well soon.

"The one with the Edamame"

Jordan:  We went out for a date night tonight.  It was nice to get away for a little while and have a delicious meal.  

Josh: I can't explain why I like edamame so much. It doesn't make sense in my mind.

"The one with the eel"

Jordan:  Eel is yummy. 

Josh: We were going to take a picture of this with the full plate, but they just weren't around long enough. We remembered at the last moment to get at least one. Thinking of you tonight Mom, just because you would never eat this. Yes, that is a challenge.
