Day 50

Actual Date:  July 30

Today we woke up with a lovely view of the trees at Camp Grandview.  We had the chance to spend some time out there for Officer's Family Camp.  It was a great day!

"The one with the rainy leaves"

Jordan:  We spent the morning hanging out with my Mom at the house eating breakfast and talking.  In the afternoon we went down for lunch and then while everyone was supposed to be swimming it rained....

Josh: Jordan told us she wants to live in a tree one day. This picture makes me think it will be a wet life.

"The one where Felix was looking good"

Jordan:  There is a great dog groomer in Jasper that my mom takes Felix to.  She is really sweet to him...and puts him in a scarf.  Haha!

Josh: He is too comfortable in that scarf.

"The one with Priya and her new friend"

Jordan:  Priya decided this weekend that she loved my mom.  She sat in the rocking chair with her for a long time and just smiled. It was precious. 

Josh: She looks ready. Here is looking at you Jill and Paul.

"The one with the night of the potato heads"

Jordan:  At night all of the grown-ups played cards and the little ones watched a movie and played with potato heads.  Josh and I decided to be helpful and help out with the little ones. It was a lot of fun.  I don't think I will be playing with one of these guys again for a long time though.

Josh: He was a big hit with the kids. I wish I could grow a mustache like that.
